Our printing partner has advised the following shipping timeframes:

UK 3-7 days

Europe 4-10 days

USA & Canada 6-10 days

Rest of World 5-15 days

Customers in the UK & EU will not be charged customs fees/duties.

For other countries, we cannot guarantee there will not be additional charges to receive your print. These are at the discretion of the customs office in your country. Please note, the customer is required to pay any applicable customs charges/duties.

Our printing partner ensures the quality of every print. However, if your print arrives damaged, or with a printing issue, please let us know within 5 days, by sending an email to nadinejeanphotography@gmail.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will then work to get a replacement print to you asap.

As our prints are printed to order, we do not issue refunds for change of mind.

Sustainability is important to us. As such, we chose a printing partner that is a Carbon Neutral Company.

The paper we print on is 100% made from cotton rag fibres, which is a by-product of the textile and oil industries. It is a vegan product, with no animal-derived glues.

And finally, the packaging you will receive your print in is a mixture of sustainably sourced, recyclable or biodegradable.

Framing significantly increases the cost of delivery, and as such, we have decided not to offer this service so that you can source a frame to suit closer to home.

The 1” border included in our prints is there to help you frame your print without damage to the printed area.
